GENERAL TARDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Should you wish to purchase any of the item/s shown on our website then send an EMAIL detailing the item that interests you.
- SKINZ will reply to you stating the cost of the item in the currency of your country.
- SKINZ will also inform you if there are other requirements such as CITES permits applicable.
- SKINZ will also quote you the cost of sending the item/s (fully insured) via DHL or TNT. Or you may use your own courier company.
- In some countries there is a DUTY or TAX payable on imported items, this varies between 3% and 7% depending on your country.
- In terms of payment SKINZ will accept a 'bank-to-bank transfer', a 'Letter of credit' or as in most instances a 'credit' card'.
- Should you wish to make a purchase using a 'credit card' then SKINZ
require the name of the bank, the name of the card holder, the expiry
date, the credit card number and the last three digits on the back of
the credit card.
- SKINZ would also require a letter from yourself allowing SKINZ to deduct 'X' amount from your credit card.
- Once payment has been received SKINZ will then send the item/s to you via DHL, TNT or your courier service provider.
- SKINZ work on a 'trust' basis and have been doing so for many years, in that we will keep you informed of the entire process and ensure that you receive your item/s timeously.
- Should you wish to cancel the purchase then you may return the item/s and SKINZ will refund you in full.
- Note that CITES permit costs are not re-fundable because they can only be used once.
